Technical Sales (m/f/d) - Energy Plants & Biomass Utilization

Our customers are there, the lead list is long. What's missing is you - a strong sales personality who turns prospects into customers and leads into deals.
Your mission:
You don't just build up our technical sales team - you also put it on the road. This is not about cold calling, but about real customer understanding, structured processes and the analysis of complex investment decisions - with a solution that is both ecologically and economically convincing.
What you will do:
- Qualify instead of just making phone calls: You analyze how serious the customer's interest really is - and bring structure to a broad, heterogeneous lead list
- Develop & manage the customer journey: You define how our leads become customers - with clear steps, materials and commitment
- Develop Business cases: You calculate investment calculations for individual scenarios and understand how attractive our system is economically
- Understand & implement financing models: Our projects are in the single to double-digit million range - you think about financing right from the start and develop models together with our partners (leasing, installment plan, banks)
- Build up sales partners and networks: You identify suitable structures and help to shape our sales ecosystem
- Live technical understanding: You don't have to be an engineer - but you understand what our technology can do, categorize customer questions and implement them together with our engineers
What you should bring with you:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in technical B2B sales - ideally in the energy or biomass sector, preferably in different business contexts
- Proven success in closing deals for capital goods in the >EUR 1 million range - You know how complex B2B sales cases work
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You help develop processes, tools and content - and build what doesn't yet exist
- High empathy and identification with the customer: You can empathize with a wide range of target groups - from farmers to industry managers
- Structure & ownership: You tackle topics, develop journeys, take responsibility - also for KPIs and reporting
- Ideally experience in the area of project financing or leasing models
- Nice to have: Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
